Getting started

Create your vendor account, complete the application and get approved by Lifted Car Club.

How do I create a vendor account?
  1. Click Sign Up at the top of this site (or go to /register).
  2. Under I want to sign up as, choose A vendor.
  3. Enter your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, and the city and state your business is based in.
  4. Choose a password, confirm it, and agree to the terms.
  5. Click Create vendor account.

You’re signed in straight away and taken to your vendor application. There is no separate email-verification step.

If another vendor sent you a referral link, use that link to sign up so they get credit for referring you.

How does the vendor application work?

The application is a short step-by-step form at Vendor Portal → Complete Application. The steps are usually:

  1. Vendor Type: for example Food Truck, Booth, Farmers Market, Out of State, or Cottage Law / Food Freedom Act.
  2. Categories: what you sell. Pick every category that fits so shoppers can find you.
  3. Business: your business name, description and logo.
  4. Contact: how the market can reach you.
  5. Social & More: social links and any extra questions the market asks.
  6. Documents: licenses, insurance and permits (see below).
  7. Review & Submit: check everything, then submit.

Each market can turn steps off or ask its own questions, so your form may look a little different.

Until you submit, the rest of the vendor portal is locked. Only the application and Message Hub are open, so you can still ask the market questions.

What documents and photos can I upload?
  • Logo: JPG, PNG or WebP.
  • Product & Business Photos: up to 10 photos that show what you sell.
  • Documents: Business License, Certificate of Insurance, Health Permit and Transient Permit. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.

Which documents are required depends on your vendor type and on Lifted Car Club’s rules. Required ones are marked on the Documents step. A food vendor, for example, is usually asked for a health permit.

Tip: scan or photograph each document so it’s readable at full size. Blurry or cropped documents are a common reason applications are sent back.

Is there an application fee?

Some markets charge a fee to apply. If Lifted Car Club does, the last step shows an Application Fee Payment box, and the submit button reads Pay $X & Submit. Application fees are non-refundable. If there’s no fee, the button simply reads Submit Application.

What happens after I submit my application?

Your status changes to Under review and the form is locked while Lifted Car Club reviews it. Your dashboard shows a summary of what you sent and the documents on file.

  • Approved: the whole vendor portal opens up. You can browse and book events, build your vendor page and, if the market sells online, set up a shop.
  • Changes requested: your dashboard shows Application Needs Updates. The market’s reason is in the email they send you. Click Update Application, fix what’s needed and submit again.

Some markets let you request bookings while your application is still being reviewed. Those requests stay pending until you’re approved.

Heads-up: if your application is sent back for changes, your pending booking requests are cancelled. Send them again once you’re approved.

I was invited by the market. What do I do?

Open the link in your invitation email. You’ll see You’re Invited with the benefits of joining, and two buttons: Accept Invitation and Decline.

Accepting adds you to Lifted Car Club as an approved vendor and takes you to your dashboard. No separate application is needed.

Invitation links expire after 30 days and work once. If yours has expired, ask the market to send a new one.

Where do I find things in the vendor portal?

Once you’re signed in, click your name or photo in the top-right corner to open the vendor menu. On a computer there’s also a slim quick-navigation rail down the left side of the screen.

Menu groupWhat’s in it
Vendor PortalDashboard, Vendor Settings, Events, Bulk Booking, My Bookings, Documents, Message Hub, Community Board

The bell next to your name lists anything that needs you. See Notifications.

Booking event space

Request space at Lifted Car Club’s events and keep track of every booking.

Who can book event space?

Approved vendors can book any open event. Some markets also let vendors whose application is under review send booking requests. Those requests stay pending until the application is approved.

If you can’t book yet, the event page shows Approval pending instead of a booking button, and the Events page tells you why.

How do I book a space at an event?
  1. Go to Vendor Portal → Events and click Book on an event. You can also click Book a Space on any public event page.
  2. In Book Your Vendor Space, under Select Spaces, choose the space type and how many you need. Multi-day events also let you choose Per-Day Spaces.
  3. Add any extras under Select Add-ons (for example electricity or a table), if the market offers them.
  4. If asked, upload Product Images with a short caption.
  5. If the event has Terms & Conditions, read them and tick I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Check the Order Summary and click Submit Booking Request.

You’ll see Request Submitted! if the market reviews requests by hand, or Booking Approved! with a Pay Now button if it approves bookings automatically.

The market assigns booth locations. The venue map on an event page shows where vendors are placed, but you can’t pick a spot on it. If you have a location request, mention it to the market in Message Hub.

You can send one booking request per event. If a request was rejected or cancelled, you can submit a new one.

Can I book several events at once?

Yes. Bulk Booking lets you request space at several events in one go, which is handy for a weekly market or a whole season.

  1. Open Bulk Booking from the Vendor Portal menu.
  2. Pick your events and spaces, then click Submit N Booking Requests.
  3. Check the summary and click Submit requests.

Nothing is charged when you submit. The market reviews each event separately, and you pay for each booking once it’s approved. Bulk Booking appears in the menu only when you’re allowed to book.

What do the booking statuses mean?
You’ll seeWhat it means
PendingWaiting for the market to review your request. No payment is due yet.
Payment RequiredApproved. Pay to secure your space.
Balance DueYou paid a deposit. The rest is due by the date shown.
Balance OverdueThe balance due date has passed. Pay as soon as you can, or contact the market.
PaidFully paid. You’re booked.
Rejected / CancelledThe booking won’t go ahead. You can send a new request for that event.
Where can I see all my bookings?

Vendor Portal → My Bookings (Event Bookings) lists every booking with the event, date, spaces and add-ons, amount and status. The cards at the top count Events Booked, Pending, Approved and Total Paid.

Anything that needs paying has a Pay Now or Pay Balance button right in the list. The My Documents button at the top takes you to any documents the market has sent you to sign.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Bookings can’t be cancelled or changed from the vendor portal. Only the market can do that. Send a request through Message Hub with the event name and what you need changed.

Refunds for bookings follow Lifted Car Club’s own policy. Check the event’s Terms & Conditions or ask the market.

How do I know I’m ready for market day?

Run through this a few days before each event:

  • On My Bookings, the booking shows Paid, with no balance due.
  • On Documents, nothing is waiting with a Review & Sign button.
  • You’ve read the event page and its Terms & Conditions: date, times and location.
  • Your vendor page is up to date so shoppers can find you. See your mini-site.
  • Any questions go to the market through Message Hub.

Payments & billing

Paying for bookings, deposits and balances, saved cards and your payment history.

How do I pay for a booking?

You pay once the market has approved your booking. You can’t pay for a pending request.

  1. Go to My Bookings and click Pay Now next to the booking.
  2. On Complete Payment, choose a saved card or click Use a different card.
  3. If you have referral credit, tick Apply $X referral credit.
  4. Click Pay $X. If credit covers the whole amount, the button reads Confirm Booking.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure form. After paying you’ll see a confirmation page with a link back to View All Bookings.

Payments are made online by card. If you need to pay another way, ask the market first.

How do deposits and balances work?

Some events let you pay a deposit now and the rest later. At checkout the first amount is labelled Deposit due now. After you pay it, My Bookings shows Balance Due with the due date.

To pay the rest, click Pay Balance on My Bookings. Reminder emails are sent as the due date gets close. Once the balance is paid, the booking shows Paid.

The market charges my card on file. What does that mean?

Some markets charge your saved card for a booking after they approve it, so you don’t have to come back and pay. When booking at one of these markets:

  • You need a saved card in Billing & Payments. Without one, the booking button reads Add Payment Method to Continue.
  • You tick a box agreeing that the market may charge that card for the booking.

Keep your default card up to date so the charge goes through.

How do I add, change or remove a saved card?

Go to Account → Billing & Payments. From there you can:

  • Add card to save a new card.
  • Set as default to choose which card is used first.
  • Remove card to delete a card you no longer use.
Where can I see what I’ve paid?

Billing & Payments has a Transaction history with the date, event, amount and booking for each payment, plus your Paid and Outstanding totals.

If the payment provider issues a receipt, a View Receipt link appears on the confirmation page after you pay. Need a formal invoice for your records? Ask the market through Message Hub.

Documents & signing

Agreements, forms and waivers the market sends you to review and sign online.

What are “Documents” in my vendor portal?

When Lifted Car Club needs your signature, for example on a vendor agreement or event rules, it sends the document to your portal. You get an email titled Document Requires Your Signature, and the Documents menu item shows a count of documents waiting for you.

All of them are listed on My Documents. The tiles at the top count Total, Pending, Viewed, Signed and Expired documents.

How do I sign a document?
  1. Open My Documents and click Review & Sign. You can also use the link in the email.
  2. Read the whole document.
  3. Type your name in Your Full Legal Name.
  4. Draw your signature in the box with your mouse or finger. Use Clear Signature to start over.
  5. Tick the agreement box and click Sign Document.

Once signed, the document shows Signed. Open it with View and use Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy.

A document says “Expired”. What now?

Expired documents can no longer be signed. Ask the market to send it again through Message Hub, and it will appear in My Documents with a fresh Review & Sign button.

Messages & notifications

There are two inboxes: Message Hub for talking with the market, and Inbox for messages from your customers.

How do I contact the market?

Use Message Hub. It keeps your whole conversation with Lifted Car Club in one place.

  1. Click New Message.
  2. Add a Subject, pick a Category and Priority, and describe what you need. You can attach files up to 10 MB each.
  3. Click Create Ticket.

Replies appear in the same thread. Answer with Send Reply. When the issue is resolved you can Rate This Support, or Reopen Ticket if it comes back. The market’s announcements to all vendors appear in Message Hub too.

Where do messages from customers go?

When a shopper uses the contact form on your public vendor page, the message lands in Marketing → Inbox.

  • Reply with Send Reply. Your reply is emailed to the sender.
  • Star important messages, mark them read or unread, delete them, or act on several at once.
  • Search and filter by date, or download everything with Export CSV.

To let visitors message you, open the Website Builder, open Business details and turn on Let visitors message me. You can also set an Automatic reply there.

What shows up in the notification bell?

The bell next to your name collects things that need your attention:

  • Finish your vendor application
  • Booking approved: payment due
  • New message (in your customer Inbox)
  • New post on the Community Board

When there’s nothing new it says You’re all caught up.

Your profile & mini-site

Your business details, categories and the public vendor page shoppers see.

How do I update my business details?

Go to Vendor Portal → Vendor Settings. It has three parts, each with its own save button:

  • Business Information: business name, tagline, logo (JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB), hero banner (best at 1920×400), description, and where your business is based. Only your city and state are shown publicly. A street address is optional and stays private. Click Save Changes.
  • Business Categories: what you sell, including subcategories. Click Save Categories.
  • Business Contact Information: business email and phone. Click Save Contact Info.

Your personal name, email and photo live under Account → Profile instead.

How do I set up my public vendor page (mini-site)?

Every approved vendor gets a public page on this site. The quickest way to set it up is the setup wizard. Your dashboard shows Set Up Your Mini-Site with a Start Wizard button until the page is mostly complete. It takes five steps:

  1. Basic Information: business name, tagline and your page address.
  2. Branding: a square logo (at least 500×500) and a banner (1920×600).
  3. Tell Your Story: your business description.
  4. Contact & Hours: phone, email, location, hours and social links.
  5. Colors & Style: your colors. Click Complete Setup.
How do I customize my page with the Website Builder?

Open Marketing → Website Builder for full control.

  • Add a section to build your page from blocks: hero banner, about, text, services & pricing, photo gallery, testimonials, questions & answers, call to action, video, featured products, upcoming events, opening hours, map, contact, social links, dividers and spacers.
  • Every section has Style and Spacing controls. Drag sections to reorder them, and use Undo if you change your mind.
  • Site-wide settings live in three drawers. Colors & fonts. Business details: logo, phone, email, location, hours, social links, and the visitor contact form. Page name & search: page title, description and categories, which help your page show up in searches.
  • Click View live site to see your page as shoppers do.
How do I get the Verified Vendor badge?

The badge is automatic, so there’s nothing to apply for. You have it while either of these is true:

  • You’re approved at a market on Zinifly that’s currently live, such as Lifted Car Club.
  • You’re on a Premium or Professional Zinifly directory plan. See the Zinifly directory.

Rewards & community

Extras Lifted Car Club offers its vendors.

What is the Community Board?

The Community Board is a shared space for Lifted Car Club’s approved vendors.

  • Share an update in What’s on your mind?, with up to 4 photos (or videos, if the market allows them).
  • Comment on and react to other vendors’ posts, and edit or delete your own.
  • Search posts or filter by who posted.
  • See something that breaks the rules? Use Flag Post to let the market know.

More markets & the directory

Selling at more than one market, and getting found by shoppers and markets across Zinifly.

I sell at more than one market. How do I switch between them?

When you’re a vendor at more than one market on Zinifly, a switcher appears at the top of your dashboard: Active in N Markets. Pick a market and you’re taken to your dashboard there, already signed in.

Each market keeps its own bookings, documents and messages, so switch to the right market before you book or pay.

What is the Zinifly Vendor Directory?

The Zinifly Vendor Directory on zinifly.com helps shoppers, and other markets, find vendors. As an approved vendor here you’re listed for free on the Basic plan, with your logo, location, categories, description and website link.

  • Premium ($15/year): the Verified Vendor badge, your own page on zinifly.com with a contact form and your market schedule, up to 12 product photos, and markets can find and invite you.
  • Professional ($39/year): everything in Premium, plus priority placement, a featured badge, up to 40 photos and visitor stats.

Use the Zinifly Vendor Directory card on your dashboard: Upgrade my listing or Manage my directory listing. Your listing is managed on zinifly.com. Nothing about your account at Lifted Car Club changes.
